We started our company in 1983 with the idea of providing the best service possible. This has been the foundation of our success and a way of doing business that is good for everyone involved. We have developed many, many great relationships by following through with this concept.

Steve Swinney - Owner
Steve's extensive background provides experience since 1976 in all phases of fire sprinkler protection. Steve oversees the fabrication shop and all facets of our sprinkler system installations and repairs. He does day-work and meets with customers to help with needs they may have. He also handles quality control.

O'Jay Omlid - Owner
With experience since 1973, O'Jay's credentials include all aspects of design, fabrication and installation of fire sprinkler systems. O'Jay oversees the office staff, estimating and engineering departments. He is always available to help a customer with budgeting and design issues. He designs sprinkler systems and provides quotations.

John L. Garcia - Project Coordinator
John has been in the business since the early 1970's. He assists Steve and O'Jay with large project coordination and installation.

G.R. "Jerry" Farless - Designer / Estimator
Jerry's experience since 1972 includes qualifications in all phases of designing and installing fire sprinkler systems. He provides estimates and design for the sprinkler division.

Mike Tennent - CAD Designer
Mike's experience includes all aspects of fire sprinkler protection since 1992. Mike designs sprinkler systems and coordinates this design with other trades.

Michael Wiederhold - Alarm Division Manager
Michael's background includes experience since 1977 in alternative methods of fire protection that include gases, powders, and liquids. He is the manager of the alarm division and is responsible for estimating, job coordination, and supervision.

Mike Burke - Designer / Estimator
Mike has been in the industry since 1991. He is a journeyman limited energy electrician who oversees projects, designs, and quotes systems.

Dan Lund - Extinguisher Service / Training / Sales
Dan has experience since 1987 in fire extinguisher service, training, consulting, and sales. He is a NFPA 1 qualified instructor with 12 years of industrial fire extinguisher training experience.
